- Current Master Business License, HST Number.
- Copy of ARIDO Membership or proof of affiliation
- Credentials/Certification in related field of study

Download and complete the Trade program application and return it to Shelter Furniture with the required credentials. Once your application has been submitted, but will be reviewed and approved.
