Catalina Buffet

The Catalina collection is suggestive of the works of America’s Mid-Century Modern designers.  Design of this post-WWII period reflected a sense of hope and the promise of an ideal future.  Today, one finds comfort and nostalgia in Catalina’s retro-modern shapes and sensibilities.

This modernist buffet features a central three-drawer cabinet flanked by two outward opening doors. Sleek integrated wooden bar pulls run the length of its drawers and doors. Doors include soft close (self-closing) door hinges and an open interior with adjustable shelving.  All drawers feature asymmetrical English dovetail joinery.  Drawer interiors are fully furnished and sanded with bottoms jet-welded and under-mounted, soft-close drawer slides offer smooth operation.  A designated silverware drawer keeps silver sorted and protected with Guardian Anti Tarnish lining and cloth. 

The Catalina Buffet is available in 5 different drawer/door configurations: 3 drawers and 2 doors configuration which can also be ordered with the option of having the 3 drawers on the left and 2 doors on the right or 3 drawers on the right and 2 doors on the left, 4 door configuration, 3 drawers flanked by doors configuration, 4 drawers beside 1 drawer over 2 doors - available with the 4 drawers on either the left or right hand side, and 2 drawers over 4 doors.  

Catalina is crafted in solid American black walnut hardwood and is available with either a natural finish or a dark slate finish.  Hand crafted with impeccable quality and attention to detail, this buffet is bound to last through generations of use and enjoyment.
